Shipping Policies

Parcel Pickup and Return Policy

• Once a parcel reaches its destination and is confirmed, the recipient has 10 days to pick it up.
• If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender to prevent disputes and storage issues.

• Any additional shipping costs for the return may be charged to the sender.
• If the sender refuses to accept the returned parcel, Cargo Ship Pulse reserves the right to dispose of the package or charge a storage fee.

Registration and Payment Policy

• Customers must pay the required delivery fees before their package can be registered for shipping.
• If payment is not received, the package will not be processed, and Cargo Ship Pulse will not be responsible for its safety.
• Once a package is registered, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

Tracking and Customer Support

• Customers can track their registered packages using our official tracking system.
• For any inquiries, claims, or complaints, customers must provide the tracking number for verification.
• Our customer service team is available to assist with any concerns related to shipments.

Refund and Compensation Policy

• No refunds will be processed until the recipient receives the parcel and signs for confirmation.
• Refund requests due to delays, damages, or other concerns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, provided there is sufficient evidence.
• Refunds are not applicable for packages that have been successfully delivered but claimed to be missing afterward.
• If a parcel is lost while in Cargo Ship Pulse’s custody, compensation may be issued based on the declared value of the package and company policies.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Cargo Ship Pulse does not accept the following prohibited items:
• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic substances)
• Illegal substances (drugs, counterfeit goods, smuggled items)
• Weapons or firearms (unless with legal authorization and compliance with local laws)
• Perishable goods (unless approved and properly packaged)
• Cash, precious metals, or high-value jewelry (unless properly insured and declared)

Any shipment found to contain prohibited or undeclared restricted items may be seized, returned, or reported to the authorities without compensation.

Fraud Prevention and Security

• Cargo Ship Pulse reserves the right to verify shipments to prevent fraud, illegal activities, and unauthorized deliveries.
• Any false claims, fraudulent refund requests, or misuse of our services will result in legal action and service termination.

Liability for Missing or Damaged Parcels

• If a parcel goes missing in transit, Cargo Ship Pulse will take full responsibility and may compensate the sender or recipient.
• Any claims for missing or damaged parcels must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Cargo Ship Pulse is not responsible for parcels that were not registered in our system. Customers must ensure their package is properly registered before shipping.
• The company is not liable for damage due to improper packaging by the sender.

Delivery Time and Delays

• Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen.
• While Cargo Ship Pulse aims to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays (such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or other logistical challenges) may occur.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
